Privacy policy
We ask only for what the distributor needs to call you and deliver your order. Here are the details.
Who is responsible
herbal-farma.com is published under the Herbal Farma brand. For any privacy matter, write to atencion@herbal-farma.com.
What data we collect
- Order form (on the English product pages): your name and phone number. There are no accounts, passwords or payment details: you pay on delivery.
- Technical order data: IP address, browser type, page language and referring page, which the distributor uses to validate the order and avoid duplicates.
- E-mail: only if you write to us at atencion@herbal-farma.com.
Why we use it and who receives it
Your name and phone number are sent to the product’s official distributor through its order platform. An agent calls you to confirm the order, the delivery address and cash on delivery. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Pages that link to an official site
The Arabic pages and CortiTron link to the official site of the product. Data you enter there is handled by that site under its own privacy policy.
How long it is kept
Herbal Farma does not keep an order database: the form passes the data to the distributor at once. The phone number is kept for 15 minutes only to stop the same order being sent twice; technical logs show at most its last four digits.
Cookies and local storage
- We use no advertising cookies and no analytics tools.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve them.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests and technical logs to keep the service secure.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to atencion@herbal-farma.com. As the order data is handled by the distributor, you can also ask the agent during the confirmation call. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can contact the data-protection authority of your country.
Minors
The products are intended for adults; the order forms are not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If the site changes the way it handles data, we will update this page and its date.
